    SWTC Cambridge - Interviewing Testers

    6pm - 9pm DisplayLink, 140 Cambridge Science Park Rd, Milton, Cambridge CB4 0GF

In past sessions we've discussed what skills, activities and tools we require to be successful in Software testing. However, what about getting the job in the first place? What should you expect in an interview for a software testing role? What if you are the one giving the interview? How do you ensure you find the right person?

We will cover these questions, and more, in this session -  helping you become a successful interviewer and interviewee.

Mentors, please ensure you indicate that you are coming as a mentor via the RSVP questionnaire.

Arrive from 6pm - the session kicks off at 6:30 with a break for food around 1 hour in to the session.
We will finish just before 9pm.

Please RSVP for this session on meet up.

The Software Testing Clinic is a safe environment for anybody who wants
to learn about software testing and enhance their testing skills. SWTC
offers monthly evening sessions for anybody interested in the testing
craft; they are run in an interactive way using whiteboard sessions,
hands-on exercises and discussions with the whole group as well as in
sub teams to deepen our understanding of software testing. You are led
through the evening by a team of hosts, supported by more experienced
testers who can use and enhance their mentoring skills.
